About the Artist

Christian Johnson is a draftsman, printmaker, painter, sculptor, and photographer. His artistic practice focuses on the development of a distinct figurative language of representation and abstraction that is both subtle and graceful. In 2001, Johnson earned an MFA from the New York Academy of Art (NYAA) where he studied figurative sculpture. The artist currently lives and works in Portland, OR.
