I have been an artist my whole life. Painting is the medium that I continue to come back too. I was classically trained in oil paints by artist Jonathan Green early on when I apprenticed under him at age 16 in Florida. I moved out west to Portland Oregon at the age 20, where i was very fortunate to explore other mediums under notable artists Manuel Izquierdo (sculptor), Gordon Gilkey (print maker) and Jack Portland (frescos).

My work has evolved and changed over the years. I like to work in a series so I can really explore ideas to the fullest. I enjoy experimenting with different surfaces and layering techniques that push me and keep things interesting.
